The above is our motto, yet it does not even begin to describe the sisterhood each one of us has experienced since joining Delta Delta Delta. Although the concept may mean something different for each sister, it represents a sense of family for all of us. Sisterhood is what we value above all else.
College is a time away from family and a period of growth for all students. At Tri Delta, each member receives the love and support from over 100 women in order to deal with the challenges and excitement of college, while still becoming the independent woman she was always meant to be.
Whether it is breaking up with a boyfriend or celebrating a successful semester, there is always a sister standing beside you. This is the kind of unexplainable love that you can find no where else but your Tri Delta sisters - the kind of sisterhood that lasts eternally. Once it is experienced, the thought of life without it is... unimaginable.
Deltas Only are times for all of the sisters to gather and enjoy each other's company - with no one but Deltas! Various events are planned thoughout the semester, and each is another opportunity to further strengthen our bond of sisterhood. In the past we've enjoyed making posters and seeing a Butler Basketball game together, going to the IMA, crafting, having a finals study party with every snack imaginable, and taking a trip to a haunted house & hayride! Time spent with sisters is always a great way to unwind from a busy schedule.
Big/Little reveal is always an exciting time in the Tri Delta house! After joining, each new member is given a Big Sister to mentor her through her Tri Delta experience. The bond between Big/Little is undoubtedly one of the strongest.
Each Little is given clues on who her Big may be thought the week, with a culminating reveal at the end. After the reveal, the
families celebrate their new additions!
